"To make a long story short, a neighbor had an incident that directly impacted me, and they filed a claim to cover my resulting mitigation and repairs. When it initially happened, Andrew responded quickly and walked me through the process. Later, when State Farm tried to deny liability because the incident wasn’t the result of negligence, he became involved directly (even though the claim wasn’t under his office) and helped facilitate with the claims adjuster, suggesting an approach that led them to reverse their decision. And finally, when the claims adjuster wasn’t answering my questions or being responsive, all it took was one email from Andrew to help get the clarification I needed. Whether via email or phone, Andrew (and his team) have been consistently responsive, empathetic, and helpful. They have been a rare bright spot in what has otherwise been a stressful situation."

"Honestly poor service. I been asking for a refund for a month and they don't bother to tell you how the process is going to be and they just give a different excuse every time. I had better help calling the 800 number that talking to any of these agents. Everyone is sweet and nice when you are signing up but they totally ignore you if you decide to cancel your policy. Edit: If what Mr. Sayer is true, I wonder why when I called to asked for an update why his employees never mentioned? or why I was who actually changed the address on the app and got a notification letter on the mail and not when they claim they charge it?"
"Hey Kimberly. I see that you bound your policies directly online through State Farm and decided to cancel your policies later that same day. When you bound your policies online you put an incorrect mailing address, causing your refund check to be sent to the wrong location. The first time my team spoke with you we updated your address and the refund check was reissued the next day and sent to the correct location. Please feel free to reach out to me for further discussion/ clarification."
